Hi, I’m Ron Drotos. Improvisation is actually much easier than you might think. My piano teacher, Dr. Billy Taylor, showed me how improv is best learned as a language, and over the years I’ve seen how effective this approach is. I’ll gently show you how to begin improvising in a way that’s fun, effortless, and sounds great.
- My piano improv lessons are carefully-sequenced so that you begin improvising right away and gradually explore new techniques.
- Unlike theoretical books or random videos, essential music theory is “built in” as you develop fluency at every step of the way. You’ll become able to sit down at any piano and improvise music effortlessly!
